How can a lawyer in Pennsylvania get their real estate license?

Someone told me that if you are already lawyer in Pennsylvania, all you have to do to get a real estate license is sign a paper stating that you understand the real estate practices in the state. Is this true? If so, is there a web site that explains it further? Thanks!

My landlord (occupant of the house) is about to write a lease for me. He seems trustworthy but I want to make sure that everything is cool before I sign it. I will view it but also want a lawyer to view it. How much does a lawyer charge for that kind of stuff? It’s a simple, standard, residential lease.
